Mt. SAC Koi Pond
Peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of school life is easily found on the north-east side of campus, past the bridge on Bonita Drive. The calming sounds of the running pond, crunching gravel beneath visitors’ feet, and soft bird calls give visitors a place to unwind without ever leaving campus.
In this video, professor Brian Scott, Department Chair of Agricultural Sciences, discusses “the crown jewel” of the Mt. SAC Hidden Gems, the koi pond and shade garden in the Horticulture Unit.
